Our static caravans are open from 15th March 2008 to 15th January 2009
We have nine static caravans on our park. They vary in size and
can accommodate from one person up to six people. Arrival day is at
your convenience, although we would recommend phoning to check availability.
Three of our caravans can accommodate pets - the Torridge, Yeo and Caen.
Please also ring for nightly rates and check out our special offers
throughout the year.

- Nightly rates are pro-rata. 4 nights or
less are subject to an additional single charge of £20. Minimum stay is 2
nights.
- A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required on all bookings.
- A £30 refundable deposit is required on arrival in all caravans.
- The above prices are based on 2 people per 1 bed unit; 4 people per 2
bed unit and 6 people per 3 bed unit.
- Please specify when booking if you require bed linen to be provided.
Please note towels are not provided.
In your caravan you will find the following -
- Fully equipped static caravan
- Shower/lavatory, fridge, cooker, colour TV and microwave
- Colour TV/DVD in Otter, Barle, Fowey, Tamar
and Bray caravans
- Gas and electricity is included in the price
- Picnic area
- Information pack containing information about the site and surrounding
area.

Confirmation)
- New arrivals must report to the
Reception/Shop. Occupation of caravans are available from 2pm.
If arriving after 7pm please notify us as soon as possible after making your
booking.
- Caravans must be vacated by 10am on the day
of departure. The keys are to be returned to the Reception/Shop.
Part day charges can be arranged (if the caravan is available).
- Minimum booking of 2 nights.
- Well behaved pets are welcome in the Caen, Yeo and Torridge caravans only; but they must be kept on a lead; not left
unsupervised in the caravan; not allowed to jump or sit on any seating or
bedding. Owners are requested exercise pets off the site.
- Persons must undertake to keep their
caravan in a clean and tidy condition during their stay, and on leaving.
Please notify us of any breakages or damages. A charge will be
made if extra cleaning is required.
- All static caravan accommodation operates a
no smoking policy.
- On the site is a laundry room which
comprises two washing machines and two dryer, plus ironing facilities.
- The pay area is for use by children
holidaying on the site between the ages of 5 and 12. This area
is unsupervised, so please ensure that all children with you are supervised
at all times.
- Bookings cannot be accepted from persons
under the age of 18.
- Transit vans and similar, plus large towing
vehicles are only allowed on the park subject to the discretion of the
Management.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations
or early departures. The deposit will be forfeited if the
holiday is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation please let
us know as soon as possible and we will attempt to relet the caravan, and
return monies minus the deposit plus £15.00 for administration costs.
If we are unable to relet the caravan then all monies will be forfeited.
We recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance.
- If it is necessary for the owners to evict
any parties, no refunds will be payable.
- The unit is let for the number of people
and cars and other equipment listed on the booking form. The
owners must be informed of any proposed alterations to the original booking
form 14 days before arrival.
- In the interests of other on the park,
excessive noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:30pm. If any
disturbances are caused, offending parties will be asked to leave the park
immediately with no refunds.
